Pinnacle Point Engineering is a small firm located in Idaho providing engineering services to our clients in Center and Eastern Idaho and in the Southwest of Montana and Western Wyoming.

David Boyter is the President of Pinnacle Point Engineering. Mr. Boyter is a professional civil engineer with over nine years’ expertise on commercial, residential, and public projects. He is proficient in civil/structural engineering on residential, development, industrial, stormwater design and public projects ranging in size from small to large scale designs. Additionally, Mr. Boyter has over 20 years in the hydroelectric field involving site exploration studies, project feasibility, licensing, permitting, conceptual design, project financial modeling, engineering design oversight, engineering design, construction quality control, project management, and operations.
